The top of the window is for search and the bottom is for create or edit time products.

Click on  to create a new product. Give a description.

Enter the sale price (before taxes) on each different price list. Enter the amount of commission for the item that will be paid at the user / salesperson who sold the product.

To put an image for the product on the file, click on  and browse for the image.

Enter the cost price of the item in order to produce a  further  net income report.

Enter a number account only if you have a General Leadger accounting list, this will be used while transfering the daily report into your accounting system.

Select a product group from witch the product belongs by clicking on

Select the status of the product:
Active: to activate your product/service in order to have access to it
Kit: for a group of prodducts
Time Traffic: for services (for instance: gym entry, evaluation…)
                        every service that you want to   see on your time traffic reports

To create a kit (group of product sold together)

Simply double click on   and select all the products that are part of the kit. 

Click on  or on  to view and to sort all the products created.
To modify, click on the product you wish to modify, and then click on   , make the required modifications and do not forget to press .

To delete, click on the product you wish to delete, and then click on   after on   , and do not forget to press .
