The top of the window is for search and the bottom is for create or edit contracts.
Click on
to create a new contract. Write down a name.
Select the services / products that will be charged in the contract by double click on
.
For each services or products that are chosen, select either if it is an initial item (charged totally at the beginning of the contract) or a postponed one (charged weekly, monthly…according to the duration of the contract.
On the right side, chose the duration of the contract (weekly, monthly or yearly)
Check down the different possibilities for this contract. For instance, you create a monthly contract that can be sell contract for a month, 3 months and 6 months. Those contracts can have different price according to their length.
For each services/product, enter the price according to each frequency. Click on each item in order to enter the price for each item. The totals are calculated automatically.
If you would like to finance the initials fees, check down
. Those fees will be added on the CCP.
Go on the
tab and select the price list for the contract you are creating. Many price lists can be linked to a same contract.
Write down the age range for all the recipients of the contract. Write down the number of recipients allowed by the contract (for instance family contracts…)
Select the price lists that are part of the contract.
Click on
to add one or more payer allowed to this contract. You can decide the amount each payer will be charged by entering the amounts under the Amount and Amount initial fees sections.
Do not forget to check down
in order to activate the contract. Press
for saving.
Click on
or on
to view and to sort all the roles created.
To modify, click on the role you wish to modify, and then click on
, make the required modifications and do not forget to press
.
To delete, click on the role you wish to delete, and then click on
