This option allows you to create as many phone types as needed for the customer’s file. The top of the window is for search and the bottom is for create or edit phone types.
Click on
to create a new phone type. Give a description and do not forget to check down
in order to have access in the customer’s file.
You may select if your phone type is an invoicing, emergency, principal or a fax one.
Note: Only one telephone type can be selected as principal. Any new selection will overwrite the previous selection.
Do not forget to press

or on to view and to sort all the phone types created.
To modify, click on the phone type you wish to modify, and then click on
, make the required modifications and do not forget to press
.
To delete, click on the phone type you wish to delete, and then click on
after on
, and do not forget to press
.
Note: you cannot delete a phone type that is used by a client.
