The date of the contract by default is the date of the day but you can change it for a previous or for a future date if necessary.
If you want to give free recurrences just write down who many free months you want to give either at the beginning or at the end of the contract or both.
If you would like to add a product to the contract, simply double click on
and select one or more product that will be added in the contract that thus will be invoiced monthly. (or according to the contract time period.)

If the contract chosen allows more than one recipient, click on
and select the members assign to this contract. The system will validate if the contract allows recipients and if those recipients have the required age for the contract.

Here you can select the payers for the contract. They can be one or more payers according to the contract configuration. By default the payer is the customer / member. To add a payer, simply click on
and select a payer. You may have as much payer according to the maximum number of payer configured in the contract template.
Click on

The next window is the CCP (contract calendar of payment).
SGS.NET creates a default CCP but you may change it.
To change the dates or / and the amounts, simply click on each date and each amount or /and overwrite the proper information.
For completely new CCP click on
You may manage the type of CCP (Yearly, monthly or weekly) and the day of the month when the payment will go through. You may also manage the CCP by amount (Amount per payment) or by number of payment (Number of payments).

Do not forget to click on
if you have all the required information to proceed to all further payments.

The following window appears (Payment management)
The system automatically checks down the amounts dues (first transaction and initial fees).
If the customer pays you some transactions in advance, check down the proper transactions.
If your customer pays you a part of a forthcoming transaction, simply check down the transaction and change the amount under PAYMENT.
To show the invoice for the initial fees check down ![]()
To show the receipt of the payment check down ![]()
To paid for another member click on
and select the proper client.
To add a prepaid amount for the member, simply enter the amount prepaid, this amount will be charged and can be used to further sales or even further contract transactions.

The following window appears (Payment)

Select the right payment mode and then press
.
If the client pays you with more than a payment mode, click on a payment mode once at the time and enter the proper amount. If you chose the CASH payment mode, press
to open you cash drawer.
Click
to continue.
The contract, invoice and receipt will then show at the screen. Press
to print.
